Recognition as a Community Leader also signifies that, if it so chooses, the organization is working toward eligibility as a Value Exchange. A Value Exchange is a multi-stakeholder organization that has taken clear action in its community to convene community purchasers, health plans, providers, and consumers to advance the four cornerstones of Value-Driven Health Care. Chartered Value Exchanges will be identified and selected by HHS. For more information about the Value-Driven Health Care Initiative visit http://www.hhs.gov/transparency/index.html |
